Terms of Service
By using FreedomHub you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
1. The service
FreedomHub provides community tools including a messenger, mail, forum, web proxy, temporary browser and desktop rooms, and a VPN service. Features may change, break, or be discontinued at any time without notice.
2. Accounts
- You are responsible for your account and everything done with it.
- One person, one account. Do not share credentials or sell accounts.
- Premium access is granted by code or by an admin and is non-transferable.
3. Acceptable use
- No harassment, threats, or targeted abuse of other users.
- No illegal content, no CSAM, no terrorism-related material. Zero tolerance.
- No malware distribution, phishing pages, spam, or botnets through any FreedomHub feature.
- Do not abuse resources: no crypto mining, no flooding rooms, no automated scraping of the site.
- The proxy, browser rooms, and VPN are provided for personal use. What you do through them is your responsibility.
4. Rooms and sessions
Browser and desktop rooms are shared infrastructure. Sessions idle longer than the posted limit are stopped automatically, and profiles may be deleted after inactivity. Do not store the only copy of anything important inside a room.
5. VPN data limits
Free accounts receive a weekly data allowance that resets each week. Premium and admin accounts have different allowances. Circumventing quota enforcement (multiple accounts, tampering with clients) may result in suspension.
6. Suspension and bans
We may suspend or ban accounts that violate these terms. Bans for severe violations are permanent. If you believe a ban is wrong, use the appeal process on the banned page or contact an admin.
7. No warranty
The service is provided "as is" with no guarantee of uptime, speed, or fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for lost data, lost time, or damages arising from use of the service.
8. Changes
These terms may be updated. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
